If I miss the live Virtual event, is it available to watch at a later stage?
The event is LIVE, there is no replay version. Please block out the time in your diary. This is unprecedented access to Tony and LIVE straight to you in the comfort of your home.

Are there any age restrictions for anyone attending the Virtual event?
The Unleash the Power Within program contains adult language and themes and is recommended for mature attendees aged 16 years and over. Due to the adult language and themes, we do not allow children aged 10 or under to attend. Attendance by children aged 11-16 is only with parent or guardian discretion on the provision that they have a valid ticket and are accompanied by an adult at all times.

Can I join from my phone?
Technically yes, BUT we highly recommend a large screen – a laptop, tablet or ideally a TV.

Yes, make sure you have downloaded the most recent version of the Zoom application on the device you will be using during the event.

Can other people join me on the Zoom?
This experience was specifically designed for one person. The content, breakout activities and materials that you will receive were created with each individual client in mind. However, as Tony said, he doesn’t want price to be an obstacle for anyone. You can have someone from your household join you on the same device but make sure you are still prepared to play full out and fully immerse yourself with someone sitting next to you!

Will this be an all-day immersive event like Tony’s normal UPW events?
Yes, everything we are doing with the virtual event is exactly like the UPW in-person event except a few variations to make it fit being at home. It will be an experience to remember!

Is UPW recorded?
The event is live, there is no replay version so make sure you block out the time in your diary. This is unprecedented access to Tony and LIVE straight to you in the comfort of your home.

Will there be food/coffee breaks?
Although there will be some breaks in the program, we recommend you prepare your food, snacks and water in advance and keep them close by so you don't miss any of the program. Be sure to stay hydrated!

What are the attendee guidelines?
There are a few rules on how to show up and get the most out of your UPW Live Virtual Interactive Experience!
STAY ON SCHEDULE. This is not a regular virtual event, webinar or online summit. This is a live virtual experience and you are an important part of it. Be sure to block off the time on your calendar and join us, on time, all four days, for all sessions.
BE PRESENT AND REALLY LISTEN. Turn off electronics and make arrangements to minimize distractions. This is not the time to exercise your multi-tasking skills!
KEEP IT CLEAN. This goes for your personal event space (less clutter = more clarity) as well as your body! Eating healthy and getting plenty of rest during UPW will allow you to be the best you each day, to absorb as much as possible. Keep snacks on hand, just as you would for an in–person event.
MAKE ROOM FOR EXPANSION. Don’t just open your mind during speaker time. Join the breakout sessions and make time to connect with fellow attendees.

How do I get access to the Virtual event?
You will receive an email on Wednesday 15th September (AEST) with your unique login link to access the event from Success Resources. The email will be sent to your nominated email address which you have provided to us.

Is there only 1 login per person?
Yes, there is one login per UPW Virtual 2021 ticket holder. This login will be unique for each attendee and can only be used on one device at a time. If you want a 2nd person to have access, then they will need to purchase a ticket to the Virtual event.

Do I need to register for the event?
Yes, everyone must register for the event. Please note: you will not be able to access the event without completing the virtual registration process. This is extremely important to ensure you are prepared and have a seamless event experience. Virtual registration is required and will ensure that you are good-to-go from a technical perspective.

When do I receive my link to access the event?
You will receive your unique access link to your nominated email address on Wednesday 15th September. Please look out for this email which includes you access link and instructions on how to start the registration process.

When does registration open?
Your first step to be prepared for Unleash the Power Withing Virtual is to complete your personalised registration process. This step is required and extremely important to ensure that your technology is working perfectly.

How and when will I receive my Deluxe Event Pack?
Your deluxe event pack will be sent to you via post to your nominated delivery address which you recently provided to us. The deluxe event pack contains all the tools you need to maximise your participation in the event.

Can I change my address?
Unfortunately, once you have submitted your nominated delivery address this cannot be changed.

When will my Deluxe Event Pack arrive?
This will depend on when you provided us with your full delivery information and also the delivery destination. All deluxe event packs are being dispatched 2 – 6 weeks prior to the event.
Once your Deluxe Event pack has been dispatched you will receive an email from Australia Post and Success Resources confirming the tracking link for you to check the delivery status of your parcel.

Most of the items will be available for you to download from the event dashboard.

How do I access the translation?
On Tuesday 14th September you will be sent an exclusive access code to your nominated email address.

Can I share my translation access code with anyone else?
No, the unique translation access code will be for one person only. The unique link will be emailed to the person that registers and pays for the translation.

No filming, screen capture, or recording is allowed.
